[MaNGOS] Spawning Guide
MaNGOS TBC Spawning GUIDE

Hey Guys Here is a guide for those out there that need a little help with spawning on the new Mangos TBC Servers or Any Other Mangos Servers……

Ok So Once you’ve got your server up and running I believe you would love to do some spawning…..follow the steps in order to find out how to spawn Wink
I will cover NPC’S, Game Objects & Items…

NPC’s
Now its time to find that NPC you want to spawn…
Go to http://wow.allakhazam.com.

Now to get that ID…. Lets Say that im interested in a “Weapon Master”…
I would search that in the search tool on the main page on the site of allakhazam.

Once you have searched it should come up with a list of “Mobs” Found…. Select the Mob (NPC) you want….Here is the MOB I have chosen…
[Image: iday5.png]

Now See Where the circle is around those numbers in the URL that’s where the I.D is… this is where u can find the I.D for things like items as well…. Highlight that I.D and press CTRL+C to Copy that Number..

Now go into Your wow and simply Type .addspw (CRTL+V) to spawn the chosen NPC… in my case “.addspw 2704” and that’s it….

You’re Creature Should Appear on top of you in a instant or at least 1 min…

Game Objects

Now I assume u guys are running these servers on data bases….. To get the id of a game object go into your SQLyog or Navicate or any other Data Base programme… and expand your “mangos” Data Base, right click on your “gameobject_template” table, Then click View Data.

You should now see something similar to this… I am using SQLyog…

Now I have circled the “show all” option where u can see all the game objects….. I have also circled the Display I.D which is the Game Object I.D…. Similar Thing to the NPC command….

Once you have got the I.D you desire Highlight it and press CTRL+C and go into your World Of Warcraft and type .addgo (CTRL+V) that object should now appear….

Items

Now items are my favourite….. why because they just are Tongue

Yet Again this will use the same concept of the I.D feature…..
Go to http://wow.allakhazam.com.

Then im sure you can try browsing your self for your item…. ( use the links on the left, to navigate through the site)

Once you have found your item get the id by going to the page of that item and look in the URL…. You should see some numbers like this in the pic for NPC's...

Highlight That Code and press CTRL+C to copy

Get back Into your wow and type .item (CTRL+P) (# AMOUNT)

Remember to make Sure You Are Clicking on Yourself by Pressing F1 because u might give a good item to another player….

Syntax’s

Addspw
Syntax: .addspw #creatureid
Spawn a creature by the given template id of #creatureid.

Addgo
Syntax: .addgo #id
Add a game object from game object templates to the world at your current location using the #id.
Note: this is a copy of .gameobject.

Additem
Syntax: .additem #itemid [#itemcount] or .additem 0 #itemcount
Adds the specified number of items of id #itemid to your or selected character inventory.
If #itemcount is omitted, only one item will be added.

NOTE* Because TBC is still very new….. some items, NPC’s & game Objects havn’t been added to the databases…. So please be patient in waiting for that to come out!

Cheers Fitzy Wink

Just thought I'd clear some of this up a bit for those that don't know..

if you'd like to remove the creature you've spawned so that they will not spawn there anymore, click on the creature and type '.del' without the quotes. This will remove the creature's spawn point from that area. If you use .kill (or in my servers case, .die) it will only kill the spawn... then in about 3 minutes or so it will spawn back again, just as it did when we spawned Anachronos (the dragon outside the Caverns of Time) in Darnassus and didn't know how to delete it just yet... man did we have a nice suprise when we logged back in! Tongue

This was tested on a MaNGOS TBC 2.0.10 Private Server

So once again, in case you're too lazy to read through...

Spawn Creature:
.addspw #itemid

De-Spawn Creature (remove):
.del

Good luck and happy spawning!
