more bugs reported by my players

- for the equipment, undead warrior, the 'boot' part, it seems that doesn't matter what kind of boot equip on, instaed of 'boot' icon appear on the character, the icon will appear as 'glove', and during gameplay, the appearance of boot will appear just 'white' colour, evethough the boot had been changed many times.

-Paladin(silvermoon) mount trainer; if click on him nothing happens

-bug with heartstone; once you use it, after you relog, and log back in you'll get stuck at the loading screen.

-bug skill Judgment for paladin

i'm using project silvermoon's
several of my players suffer that bug. kinda odd though.
but not all, probably due the bad opcode again.
because i also been getting bad opcode msg on the server console.

****btw, guards in silvermoon are easy to kill also. Even though, their level
is 65++, a lvl 20char give them 1hit and they die already.****
